Plans for the leisure area on the lake shore
Timiș County Council presented the planned works on the shore: a floating pontoon, a terrace and an inflatable water sports field.

Projects under way
Leisure area on the shore
Timiș County Council is preparing an investment of almost 8 million lei: a terrace, a pool, changing rooms and a floating pontoon. Works would take up to eight months. To be confirmed
Road on the east shore
The county took over a road on the lake shore near Mâtnicu Mic from the commune, to modernise it. To be confirmed
Sewerage
The commune announced a sewerage project under the Anghel Saligny programme. Progress will be published here. To be confirmed

Fârdea becomes a tourist resort of local interest
The Government recognised Fârdea commune as a tourist resort of local interest, by Government Decision no. 120/2024.
